Day 1
Arrival: San José International Airport (other possible option: Liberia Airport)
First, head to Garden Inn La Sabana or select other hotel for 2 nights in the San Jose area. Spend the rest of the day by the pool, or take a cab into central San José and explore the city. If you arrive early in the day, there are many additional activities we can suggest. We also have many other hotel options if you prefer, such as Hotel Don Carlos or Grano de Oro

Volcan Poas, Doka Estate Coffee Plantation, and La Paz Waterfall Gardens
Take the time and see the best of Costa Rica in this excursion a full day from San Jose. Enjoy an exciting walk through the mountains and explore breathtaking locations, such as the Poas Volcano and Doka Estate coffee plantation. Witness an amazing waterfall and explore one of the largest butterfly observatories in the world in Waterfall Gardens La Paz. Enjoy a tour in a private car with air conditioning from San Jose to begin your exciting adventure in Costa Rica. Start your day trip. We start an exciting mountain hike with your local guide and enjoy the beautiful scenery, before heading to see a farm Doka Estate and to see the products they sell.
Day 3
Get ready for the most exciting time you’ll ever have getting wet!! Whitewater Rafting on the famous Pacuare River to the Caribbean. With an early pickup at your hotel in Arenal, you’re on your way for an all-day adventure on Costa Rica’s most popular river. You’ll begin with a hearty breakfast at the rafting center. Your luggage is stored in a locked container. Then, it’s a full-day trip on this most beautiful and exhilarating river. Lunch is included.
At the end of the day, you are transported to Puerto Viejo, on Costa Rica’s pristine Caribbean Coast, for a 2-night stay at Banana Azul. Add on additional nights if you’d like to stay longer. Puerto Viejo sits on the Caribbean coast—a charming, colorful town flanked by gorgeous, pristine beaches. You can experience many fun and exciting tours here or rent a bike and explore the area on your own.

White Water Rafting
Pacuare is world famous for its sheer beauty. A true river gorge, it is flanked by steep, green walls. Here you enjoy the feeling of total isolation from urban life and the realness of being connected with nature. You see waterfalls cascade into the river from both sides as colorful, tropical birds fly right over your head. Amazing views of this virgin tropical rainforest area appear before your eyes as you descend this true exploratory land. Wildlife is abundant, with sloths, toucans, parrots, coatis, morpho butterflies, and colorful frogs being common sights.

Trimaran Sailing & Snorkeling Tour
The tour begins when the shuttle service picks up the guests from their hotel. The Head Guide will be waiting at the wharf to receive the guests is and then accompany them throughout the journey. The vehicles, which are equipped with air conditioning, transport the guests to the Quepos Wharf. Waiting at the wharf to receive the guests is the Head Guide, who will accompany them throughout the journey. The Guide welcomes the clients aboard and explains details about the trip and safety ground rules during their stay in our sailboat.
